Winter skin care can be tricky because so many will find themselves with dehydrated or dry skin, when normally they DON'T have this issue. The main reason is that in the winter, the atmosphere is dry and quite frankly very harsh on the skin and it immediately pulls the water OUT of the skin. Not to mention the artificial heat inside will also dry the air in our homes, which will pull the moisture out of our skin, again. Now, what can we do with this issue?
